We are looking for a:

LEGAL OFFICER

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Legal & Contracts Officer who  will provide legal support in the areas of regulatory compliance, intellectual property, corporate/strategic transactions, and litigation management.

Main responsibility:

Commercial contracts: drafting, negotiation and finalization of contracts with Suppliers and Customers;

Commercial disputes: management of commercial claims and extrajudiacial disputes, negotiation and finalization of settlement agreements:

Requirements:

• 3+ years working experience in a top tier Law Firm or a multinational Company
• Law degree
• Fluent in English both written and verbal communication skills
• Keen eye for attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
